Signs and warning signal
The physical signs that their is a cyclone coming is clouds begin appear and over time the clouds disappear. and the swell of the ocean increases over time and waves come in every 9 seconds and the time reduces as the cyclone comes closer. When the tropical cyclone is close whitecaps begin to appear on the ocean surface. The wind picks up immensely which then creates the waves to increases in size and speed. As the cyclone appear it starts to rain heavily which created flooding.
A Tropical cyclone advice is issued for coastal communities when the cyclone is expected within 48 hours. The advice will be issued every 6 hours included all the information communities need to know to stay safe.
Some towns also have signs which have four indications;
1- the blue alert which is a precaution
2,Yellow alert which means action
3,Red alert which means shelter
4, All clear with caution
